Beijing Jingyibeifang Instrument Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jingyibeifang")was founded in 1977. It is a state-owned enterprise subordinate to Beijing State-ownedAssets Supervision and Administration Commission, and is subordinate to BeijingEnterprise Group. The company is mainly engaged in the research and development,production, sales and service of smart meters and energy digitalization products andsystems, and is a national high-tech enterprise, a national "small giant" enterprise.Under the guidance of the national dual-carbonstrategicdevelopment plan,Jingyibeifang has actively transformed itself into an "energy digital solution provider",and has built ten hardware and software product series around the five major fields of"electricity, dual-carbon, gas, environmental protection and security". In 2022,Jingyibeifang independently developed the "ES series of electrical sensors" and the"Double Carbon Energy Digital Solution".
